The concept of NS Royal Pensione emerged when entrepreneurs Nicolas and Shirley Ting envisioned a boom in Cebu’s tourism and economy. With their aim to provide high standard accommodations at affordable rates, it was their goal to please the public and entice tourists to visit Cebu more often.

NS Royal Pensione opened its doors on the 8th of May, 1998. Strategically built at the heart of Cebu which is Juana Osmeña St., Cebu City.

The staff are encouraged to provide personalized services which brought along good feedbacks from our regular guests. Amenities that are provided are of hotel standards and not that of your typical pension house. Yet, the special room rates readily fit your budget.
